Peach Pass Mobile App Adoption

I helped the Georgia State Road And Tollway Authority launch the new Peach Pass GO! mobile app and website. To do that, the existing 90,000+ existing app users needed to create a new password, download the new app and set up a new username and password. Easy, right? 

Process: Our team developed the messaging and app iconography and architecture to make to process as easy as possible. Scripting and producing an easy-to-follow video, emails and banners. I also developed a countdown to the deadline and in-app reminders to spur participation. The message took a rather tedious process and made it easy for users to follow.

Results: The app launched successfully, and users now enjoy a much-improved experience.
